Service

TableQuest provides an independent reservation monitoring service for selected restaurants. For this pilot, we monitor Pizza 4P's Bengaluru availability for the date, time, and party size you submit.

No affiliation or guarantee

TableQuest is not affiliated with Pizza 4P's. A paid request does not guarantee a reservation. Reservations depend on restaurant availability, restaurant policies, platform availability, and accurate customer details.

Your responsibility

You must provide accurate contact and booking details. If a restaurant requires additional confirmation, documents, deposits, or policy acceptance, we may contact you before proceeding.

Payment

The pilot fee activates monitoring for the selected request. Payment is collected through Razorpay. We may cancel or refund a request if the submitted details are invalid, unsafe, abusive, or outside the supported scope.

Limitation

The service is provided on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for restaurant refusal, platform outages, timing conflicts, changes in restaurant policy, or missed availability outside our reasonable control.
