Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds
If we cannot attempt monitoring for your submitted request because of a service issue on our side, we will refund the pilot fee to the original payment method where possible.
Unsuccessful attempts
A reservation is not guaranteed. If we make a reasonable attempt but the restaurant has no availability, the request may be marked unsuccessful. We may offer a refund or credit during the pilot at our discretion.
Customer cancellations
To cancel a request, contact us as soon as possible. If cancellation is requested before monitoring work begins, we will try to refund the fee. If work has already begun, refund eligibility depends on the status of the request.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are initiated through Razorpay and usually reflect according to the original payment method and bank timelines.
