What we collect

We collect the details you submit for a reservation monitoring request, including date, time, party size, phone number, email address, payment status, and request metadata such as campaign parameters.

How we use it

We use this information to process payment, monitor booking availability, contact you about your request, handle refunds or support, and improve this pilot service.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card, UPI, or banking credentials. We store Razorpay order and payment identifiers so that we can reconcile payment status and support refunds.

Advertising and analytics

We use Meta Pixel to measure page views, leads, and purchases. Meta may process browser and device identifiers according to its own policies.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to run the service, such as hosting, payment processing, analytics, advertising measurement, and customer support.
